It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our esteemed colleague, Fernando Flores. He served with dedication at UNHCR and was a Vice President of the UNHCR Global Staff Union, as well as a valued member of the CCISUA Federation.

A passionate advocate for staff representation, Fernando led with unwavering commitment, integrity, and purpose. His remarkable presence and tireless contributions greatly enriched our work and strengthened our community.

He leaves behind a lasting legacy of service and impact that will not be forgotten. He will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
